Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

2. Using Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or create a subscription through our Website.

You agree that any information you provide to us will be accurate, complete and current.

You must not:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or another customer’s account

  • Upload viruses, malware or harmful code

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Website

  • Scrape, copy or extract Website content for commercial purposes without permission

  • Use our branding, product photography, descriptions or other intellectual property without permission

  • Place orders for unauthorised commercial resale

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the Website is being misused.

3. Customer Accounts

You may be able to create an account to manage orders, addresses, subscriptions and other information.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials secure

  • Restricting access to your account

  • Providing accurate contact and payment information

  • Notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

We are not responsible for account activity caused by your failure to keep your login details secure, except where the loss results from our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

4. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product names, ingredient information, descriptions, photographs, prices and availability are accurate.

Product packaging, colours and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on screen because of lighting, screen settings, packaging updates or manufacturing changes.

We may update product formulations, packaging or descriptions where reasonably necessary. Any product supplied will still comply with the description presented when your order was placed, subject to minor changes that do not materially affect the product.

Always read the physical product label before use, particularly the:

  • Ingredient list

  • Allergen information

  • Suggested serving

  • Warnings

  • Storage instructions

  • Best-before information

Contact us before use if anything on the product you receive differs materially from the description shown when you ordered.

5. Food Supplements and Health Information

Our Products are food supplements and are not intended to replace a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Information on our Website is provided for general educational and product-information purposes. It is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a medical condition.

Speak with a doctor, pharmacist or appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using a supplement where you:

  • Have a medical condition

  • Take prescription medication

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Are preparing for surgery

  • Have allergies or intolerances

  • Are purchasing for a child

  • Are uncertain whether a product is suitable for you

You are responsible for checking the ingredients, warnings and suggested use before taking a Product.

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily serving.

If you experience an unexpected reaction, stop using the Product and seek appropriate professional advice.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products.

After receiving your order, we will send an acknowledgement email. This acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.

A binding contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

  • The Product is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • Pricing or product information contains a clear error

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

  • Delivery is not available to the address supplied

  • The quantity ordered suggests unauthorised commercial resale

  • We are legally unable to fulfil the order

Where payment has already been taken for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded.

Please check your order, delivery address and selected options carefully before submitting payment.

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after processing or dispatch has begun.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.

Prices include VAT where VAT applies, but delivery charges may be added separately and will be shown before checkout.

The final amount payable will be displayed before you submit your order.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect one-time orders already accepted.

Available payment methods will be shown at checkout.

You confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method

  • The payment and billing information supplied is accurate

  • Sufficient funds or credit are available

  • You will pay all charges shown before confirming the order

8. Errors in Pricing or Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate Website information, but occasional mistakes may occur.

Where a price or description contains an obvious error, we may contact you before accepting the order and offer you the option to:

  • Continue at the correct price

  • Select an alternative Product

  • Cancel the order for a full refund

We will not knowingly rely on an error to provide a materially different Product from the one ordered.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including:

  • Start and end dates

  • Product exclusions

  • Minimum order values

  • New-customer restrictions

  • One use per customer

  • Restrictions on combining offers

  • Subscription exclusions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion where there is a genuine error, fraud or misuse, but this will not affect orders already accepted unless the customer knew or should reasonably have known that the offer was an obvious mistake.

10. Delivery

Delivery options, estimated times and charges will be shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days after the contract is formed.

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to:

  • You

  • A person identified by you

  • A safe place or neighbour expressly selected or authorised by you

Risk does not pass to you merely because the parcel has been handed to a delivery carrier.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Where delivery is delayed, lost or returned to us, contact info@corehealthco.co.uk so we can investigate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect your statutory rights where delivery is excessively delayed or fails to take place.

11. International Orders

International delivery may be offered to selected countries.

The customer may be responsible for local:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Clearance fees

  • Regulatory restrictions

  • Delivery delays caused by customs processing

You are responsible for checking whether the Products may lawfully be imported into and used in the destination country.

International consumer rights may vary depending on the customer’s location, and nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights that apply under local law.

12. Subscriptions

Where you select a subscription, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the payment method supplied at the recurring frequency shown at checkout.

Before confirming a subscription, we will display:

  • The Product and pack size

  • The subscription price

  • The applicable discount

  • The delivery frequency

  • Delivery charges, where applicable

  • How to pause, skip, amend or cancel

Subscriptions continue until cancelled.

You can manage your subscription through your customer portal where available, or by contacting info@corehealthco.co.uk.

You may:

  • Change an upcoming delivery date

  • Change the delivery frequency

  • Skip an available delivery

  • Pause the subscription

  • Cancel future subscription orders

Changes must be made before the next order has been processed. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it may need to be dealt with under our Refund Policy.

Subscription discounts apply only while the subscription remains active and may not be applied retrospectively to one-time purchases.

If we need to make a material change to the recurring price, delivery charge or subscription terms, we will provide reasonable notice before the new charge applies. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

If payment fails, we may retry the payment, contact you or pause the subscription.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future recurring orders. It does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

13. Cancelling an Online Order

Customers purchasing online may have a statutory right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days after delivery.

Our voluntary returns policy may provide additional time beyond the statutory cancellation period.

Food supplements with opened packaging or broken safety seals may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where returning them would be inappropriate for health, hygiene or product-safety reasons.

This restriction does not apply where a Product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Full instructions are set out in our Refund Policy [INSERT LINK].

14. Returns and Refunds

Eligible unopened Products may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You must contact us before returning a Product.

Approved returns should be sent to:

Core Health Co.
Unit 15, Burlington House
Rhyl
LL18 2RA
United Kingdom

Returns must not be sent without prior authorisation.

Where a Product is returned because you changed your mind, you may be responsible for return postage.

Where a Product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

See our Refund Policy [INSERT LINK] for full details.

15. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Goods supplied by us must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for their normal purpose

  • As described

  • Safe and compliant with applicable requirements

  • A Product arrives damaged

  • A safety seal is broken unexpectedly

  • You receive the wrong Product

  • Part of the order is missing

  • A Product is defective

  • The Product does not match its description

Include your order number and clear photographs where possible.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • A partial refund

  • Another appropriate remedy

16. Product Availability

All Products are subject to availability.

Adding a Product to your basket does not reserve stock.

We may limit purchase quantities where reasonably necessary to manage availability, prevent misuse or ensure fair access.

Where an ordered Product becomes unavailable before acceptance, we will notify you and refund any amount already paid.

You should review the relevant third-party terms before using an external service.

We may temporarily suspend access for:

  • Maintenance

  • Technical problems

  • Changes to the Website

  • Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary Website unavailability where we have exercised reasonable care.

23. Our Responsibility to You

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that:

  • Were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed

  • Result from information supplied incorrectly by you

  • Arise from misuse of a Product contrary to its instructions

  • Relate to commercial, business or resale use where you purchased as a consumer

  • Result from circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Breach of your statutory consumer rights

  • Defective products where liability cannot legally be excluded

  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited

24. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, strikes, natural disasters, widespread system failures or government restrictions.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such an event and will contact affected customers where appropriate.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example as part of a business sale or restructuring.

Any transfer will not reduce your rights under these Terms.

You may not transfer your rights under a contract without our written agreement, except where applicable law permits it.

28. Severability

If a court or competent authority finds any provision of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

The affected provision will apply to the fullest extent lawfully permitted.

29. No Waiver

If we delay enforcing a right, this does not mean that we have waived it.

A waiver on one occasion does not amount to a waiver on another occasion.

30. Third-Party Rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, no person other than you and us has the right to enforce these Terms.
