At Core Health Co., we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Alongside your statutory consumer rights, we offer a 30-day returns policy on eligible unopened products.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be:
Unused and unopened
In its original packaging
Complete with all safety seals intact
In the same condition in which it was received
Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
For health, hygiene and product-safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of food supplements once the pouch, container or safety seal has been opened or broken, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Please retain your postage receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed.
Where you are returning an eligible product because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
Original delivery charges are not normally refundable under our voluntary 30-day returns policy.
Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or you have received the wrong product, Core Health Co. will arrange the return or reimburse reasonable return-postage costs where appropriate.

The goods do not match their description
Please include clear photographs of the product, packaging and delivery label so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.
We cannot normally accept change-of-mind returns for:
Opened or partially used food supplements
Products with broken or removed safety seals
Products not returned in their original condition
Gift cards
Personalised or specially commissioned products
Products damaged after delivery through misuse or unsuitable storage
Discounted and sale products remain covered by this policy and your statutory consumer rights.
These exclusions do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or not fit for purpose.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
The quickest way to receive a different product or pack size is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a separate order for the replacement.
For most products purchased online, UK customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the eligible goods.
To exercise this right, email info@corehealthco.co.uk before the cancellation period expires.
Products must remain unopened, unused and sealed where opening them would make them unsuitable for return for health, hygiene or product-safety reasons.
Where the statutory right to cancel applies, we will refund:
The price paid for the returned goods
The cost of our least expensive standard delivery option
Any additional amount paid for premium, express or upgraded delivery will not normally be refunded.
You will usually be responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind goods.
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
Where the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days. Your bank, card provider or payment service may require additional time to display the funds in your account.
Where applicable, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent.

Nothing in this policy limits or removes your legal rights.
Goods sold by Core Health Co. must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Customers may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement where these requirements are not met.
